We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as the standard for this site, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time project.

• Descriptive alternative text on product and lifestyle images.
• Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page.
• Keyboard access to navigation, product options, the bag and checkout.
• Visible focus outlines and text contrast that meets the AA ratio.
• Labels on every form field, including the newsletter signup.
• Layouts that reflow on small screens and at increased zoom.

Checkout is handled by our ecommerce provider, and some third-party content is outside our direct control. We monitor these areas and raise issues with our providers when we find them.
