Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Aia + Roe. By browsing this site or placing an order, you accept them.

Using this site
You may browse and shop for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy our photography or written content, resell our products as if they were your own brand, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation or security.
Products and descriptions
We describe every piece as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and gold finishes and handmade details mean small variations between pieces are normal, not defects. Product availability can change without notice and we may limit quantities.
Pricing
- All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and sales tax, which are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Where a crossed-out price appears, it is the manufacturer's suggested retail price or our own former price for the same item.
- We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
- If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typing or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraud — and you will be refunded in full. Payment is taken through our secure hosted checkout.
Shipping, risk and returns
We ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the parcel; if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will help you file a claim. Returns are governed by our shipping and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Care and warranty disclaimer
Jewelry is delicate. Our pieces are sold as-is for ordinary personal wear, and we make no warranty that a piece will be suitable for any particular activity or last for any particular period. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Some jewelry contains materials known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm. Keep jewelry away from small children, and do not wear it if you have a known metal sensitivity.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Your content
If you send us a review, photo or message, you give us permission to display it in connection with our products, with credit where appropriate. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading. We never require a positive review, and we do not pay for reviews or suppress honest negative ones.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction. Please email us first — nearly everything can be sorted out directly.
Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act or other consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order. Questions go to hello@aiaandroe.com.
